This was the first project in India where “KOOLSHADE” glass from France has been used in a building facade. KOOLSHADE glass is an award-winning technology wherein a special mesh is encased in the lamination between two sheets of glass which ensures the reduction in the heat transmission from the glass into the building. The glass has been cladded to a semi unitized structural glazing system (PVDF coated). The interiors partitions are also in aluminium with 12-15mm toughened glass.
