About The Directors

Mohinder Paul Jain

Founder

Mr MP Jain is an engineer by qualification & started his career in 1957. He is one of the founder members of Mahavir Metal Works Ltd and is the backbone of Windorz India ever since the company’s conception in 1994. Apart from guiding Windorz, he has been involved in various philanthropic and social activities and is a trustee in a charitable hospital and school. He has also been actively involved in various social forums and has held a number of positions in social institutions like Rotary, RWA and The Country Club, Sainik Farms.

It is his philosophy that drives Windorz.

Sanjay Jain

Managing Director

Sanjay is a Saint Xavier’s Jaipur and Modern School Vasant Vihar alumni and graduated from Delhi University in 1984. He started his career in 1984 by managing the family business of trading in aluminium in Kolkatta before he relocated to New Delhi to start the Windorz Fabrication Plant in Faridabad. He is the Managing Director of Windorz.
Sanjay has undergone specialized training to handle the Spanish machinery set up at the plant and adheres to the strictest safety standards in the plant and at the site during installation. Since the past 25 years, Sanjay has attended major industry fairs in Europe, Middle East and Asia and is well informed with all the new products and technologies of the industry.
He is an avid sportsman and keen golfer and loves to read.

Rajeev Jain

Director Marketing

Rajeev is a Mayo College Ajmer and Modern School Vasant Vihar alumni. After graduating from Delhi University, he pursued an MBA in marketing from HULT University, London. Rajeev has been an active member of various social organizations like Round Table India and other associations and has held various leadership positions in them. Rajeev is a keen H.R. Facilitator and has conducted leadership programs nationwide. In his spare time, he is passionate about Golf and is a keen sportsman. Rajeev has been responsible for building a diverse product range and his vision and marketing strategy has made Windorz a leading name in the fenestration industry.

Aditya Jain

Head of Marketing

Aditya is a Modern School Vasant Vihar and an IILM alumni. After his graduation he joined Windorz as a trainee for marketing and project management for 2.5 years. Then his interest and further studies led him to pursue his Master’s in Marketing & Management from GD Goenka (affiliated with Lancaster University, UK). Thereafter he got headhunted by India bulls and has also worked with other corporates like Emkay Global and IIFL. He is an avid sportsman having captained his school and college cricket teams.

Aman Jain

Digital Marketing and Social Media

Aman is a Modern School Vasant Vihar & Flame University Pune Alumni. After graduation, he worked in London, UK for Hamleys in direct marketing.

A graduate in mass communication and film & television (with a minor in Music) coupled with his passion for sports further inspired him to pursue a master’s degree in international Sports Management from UCFB London. Post this he gained experience working for BT Sports London.He is a keen Sportsman and Captained his School’s Cricket & Squash Teams and currently plays Golf regularly.Equipped with his flare for digital marketing, Aman manages digital marketing and social media for Windorz India.

Windorz India (P) Ltd. was established in 1994 by Mr. M.P. Jain who has an experience of over 50 years in the aluminium industry. The objective of our company is to build systems and enhance the use of aluminium in architectural aesthetics. Over the years brand “Windorz” has become a leading force in the industry as we have a technically sound and highly skilled team of professionals. Windorz has successfully completed over 100 projects across India as well as a project in the USA. Our project lists includes some prestigious luxury Hotels, Embassies, Consulates, Residential Villas and Townships, Corporate Offices and Residences.

The promoters of Windorz have a combined experience of over a 100 years in the aluminium industry. It is our endeavour to constantly improve, and provide our clients with the latest systems and designs in curtain wall, Door and Window systems, with a variety of options using in-house design systems as well as other leading International systems. We have a state of the art manufacturing plant in Faridabad, where we have the latest automated double mitre saws, single mitre saws, copy routers, end milling machines etc. Our entire plant was imported from Spain.

Windorz India (P) Ltd is an amalgamation of likeminded professionals ranging from project managers, designers, structural consultants and skilled installation teams on site. The ideology of the company is to provide a detailed and professional approach in the field. We have a good mix of professionals and infrastructure which provides us with a wide exposure, ranging from the designing of systems, procurement & developing extruded sections, to detailing out of complex systems.
