Vipul Square is one of our first projects with a Fully unitised structural glazing, system. The challenge in the project was that the structural glazing system is partly a unitised strip glazing (between floor to floor) and merges into a continuous unitised facade system. On top of that, the facade system was in the shape of an S, so ensuring the lines and levels were extremely challenging during the fabrication and installation. Apart from the main facade, the building had some areas that were cladded with Aluminium composite panel cladding and shop front cladding in the front and fixed windows in the rear.
Double glass curtain wall system, single/Double glass windows with two point locking systems. Aluminium composite panel (Alucobond) cladding system for the wall, false ceiling & column cladding.
The entire embassy area and the Ambassadors residence was made with Structurally glazed aluminium glazings with double glass. The windows were also structurally glazed, and the hardware was imported from Italy.

A Five Star Deluxe Hotel situated near Shimla, where Thermally broken aluminium windows with double glass were manufactured & installed by us. A metal and glass conservatory covered their Pool and Brasserie. The conservatory was first made in MS ISMB and then clad with aluminium and double glass.
